2 c. mixed vegetables (drained)
1 sm. cn. mushrooms (drained)
1 stick butter or margarine
1 sm jar Cheese Whiz
1 1/2 c. Ritz Crackers (crushed)
1 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Top Layer:
Mix all vegetables and pour into a 13x9" dish.
Melt butter and cheese (microwave until runny). Pour over vegetables.
Bottom Layer: mix together the crackers and butter. Put over top of vegetables. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
