1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. Splenda granular sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/4 c. bananas (mashed)
1 T. canola oil
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 t. vanilla extract
1/4 c. walnuts or pecans (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x5" loaf pan with Pam and set aside. Blend the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Mix together bananas, oil and buttermilk. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients with walnuts or pecans, stir until mixed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until rich brown and center is set. This recipe makes 8 servings.
