2 tomatoes
handful of fresh basil
several cloves fresh garlic
sprinkle with red pepper flakes to desired amount
drizzle with olive oil
cooked fresh pasta, about 2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta
2. Dice tomatoes
3. Julienne basil
4. Mince garlic
5. sprinkle desired amount pepper flakes
6. Mix above ingredients together in bowl
7. Drizzle with olive oil
8. Drain pasta
9. Mix tomatoe mixture into hot pasta
10. Top with fresh parmesan and enjoy

This is a delicous way to use your fresh garden tomotoes. I saw a recipe for something similiar awhile ago and have added this recipe by memory. To even make it a healthier dish, I use whole wheat pasta.
