1C. milk

1C. flour

1/2tsp. salt

Dash of pepper

2T. beef drippings or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Five minutes before beef is done place a 10" pie plate in oven to heat.

Place in blender container eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Cover and blend on high for 15 seconds. Scrape sides once.

Place 2T. roast beef drippings in preheated pie plate; tilt to coat surface. Pour batter into pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated 450 oven or until deep golden brown.

Cut into wedges and serve immediately with roast and gravy.
