1/4 c. Butter/margarine
2 c. Self rising corn meal
1/2 c. All purpose flour
2 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. cracklins

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven 425. Place butter in cast-iron skillet, place in oven 4 minutes. Combine corn meal and flour in large bowl. Stir in buttermilk, eggs and cracklins. Stirring in just until moistened. Pour over melted butter in hot skillet. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
