1 tbsp oil
1 lb elbow macaroni
1 cube butter plus 1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 c each of the following shredded cheeses:
sharp cheddar cheese
Muenster cheese
mild cheddar cheese
monetary jack cheese
1 c cubed Velveeta cheese (8oz)
2 c half and half
2 lg eggs

Cook and drain the macaroni with the 1 tbsp oil and drain. Add all of the other ingredients and mix well. Place in large casserole, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Season to taste with salt and pepper
