3 lbs baby red potatoes, halved
2 TBS dry white wine
3 TBS Champagne vinegar
2 TBS Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
3 scallions sliced
2 TBS minced fresh dill
2 TBS minced flat-leaf parsley
2 TBS minced fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain. Place warm potatoes in large bowl and gently toss with white wine.
In small bowl whisk together vinegar and mustard.
Slowly whisk in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Pour dressing, scallions, dill, parsley and basil over potatoes and toss well.
