1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground ham
2 C crushed crackers - saltines or ritz
2 eggs
1 C milk

Sauce:
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C vinegar
1 C water
1 tsp dried mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix to ingredients together and form into balls. At this point the ham balls can also be frozen for later use. Place ham balls in greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Sauce: Mix the sugar, vinegar, water, and dried mustard together and pour over ham balls.
Pour enough mixture over the ham balls so that they are almost completely covered. Bake at 350 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The balls will be done when the suace begins to boil up over the ham balls and caramelize and become thicker.
