1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 clove of garlic - crushed
1/8 t. hot pepper sauce

Thaw spinach and squeeze all water out. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least an hour.
