1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
4 eggs
pinch of salt
whipped cream

Cream Puff Topping:
2 packages (3 oz.) instant pudding
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip
chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to boil in saucepan and add flour and salt. Beat vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla. Put on a baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 410 F. Reduce heat to 375 F and bake another 20 minutes. Cool and fill with whipped cream. Top with Cream Puff Topping (if desired).

Cream Puff Topping:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and pudding alternately. Beat until creamy. Spread over dough. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate
