3 Cups Sweet Potatos, Mashed
1 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Coconut
Topping:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Pecans
1 Stick Butter, Melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Sweet Potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and coconut together. Pour into a casserole dish. For topping, mix flour, sugar, and nuts together. Pour the butter in and mix well. Spread on top of Sweet Potato mix. Bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes. If desired place marshmallows on top and place back in the oven to brown.
