1 lb ground beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
3 large potatoes cut up
4 large carrots peeled and sliced
1 onion - sliced into rings
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line 9 x 13 pan with foil. Add onion soup mix to beef and shape into patties. Place beef patties on the foil. Layer vegetables on top of beef patties in the following order: potatoes, carrots, onion rings. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Cover tightly with foil in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.
