Pumpkin Bars Recipe

2 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 c oil
4 eggs
1 - 15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 c raisins

1/2 c butter, softened
1 pkg cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
1 T milk
1 tsp vanilla

Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9" pan. Combine everything except raisins. Beat until moist. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Pour into greased pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING: Beat all ingredients together; frost cake.
