1 1/2 c unsweetened orange juice
1/3 c dry sherry
1/3 c low-sodium soy sauce
3 T dark brown sugar
2 T peeled, finely chopped gingerroot
1 T grated orange rind
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour over flank steak, and refrigerate 8 hours before grilling. Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
