1 c soy sauce 1 c water 3/4 c sugar 1/4 c worcestershire sauce 3 T white vinegar 3 T vegetable oil 1/3 c freeze-dried chives 2 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Use to brush on chicken while grilling, to marinate chicken in refrigerator 2 hours before grilling, or to marinate flank steak in refrigerator 8 hours before grilling. Yield: 3 cups.
