SALAD:
1 lb. spring salad mix
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. toasted, chopped walnuts
DRESSING:
1 c. canola or vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Add all salad ingredients together. Blend dressing ingredients and mix into salad.
