1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c lime juice
2 T vegetable oil
2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour over amberjack or orange roughy fillets, and refrigerate 8 hours before grilling. Yield: 1 cup.
