1/3 c lime juice
1/3 c olive oil
2 T tequila
2 T chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour over peeeled and deveined jumbo shrimp or soft-shell crab, and refrigerate 2 hours before grilling. Or brush on shrimp or soft-shell crab while grilling.
