1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 jar sauerkraut (1 lb. 11oz. jar) - drained
2 cups egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Colby cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Layer 1/2 of the beef mixture, cover with the sauerkraut and then top with the remaining beef mixture. Put cooked egg noodles on top, spread soups over the noodles, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake covered for 30 minutes @ 350.
