2-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup light karo syrup
1 Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients except for the vanilla, Boil to softball stage, remove from heat and add vanilla.

Line jelly roll pan with lightly buttered foil.

Melt 1 large package chocolate chips and spread on foil. Sprinkle walnuts on top, then pour all of caramel mixture on walnuts, cool. Then add other package of melted chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate.
