1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar - packed
1/2 cup butter - melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup oatmeal - uncooked
1 pkg. frozen rhubarb - diced
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, flour, brown sugar, butter, oatmeal and cinnamon. Press half the crumbs into a greased 9" baking pan, cover with diced rhubarb.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Cook until thick and clear, pour over the rhubarb, top with remaining crumbs, bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cook for an additional 15 - 20 minutes if you prepared this while the rhubarb is still frozen.

DOUBLE RECIPE FOR AN OBLONG PAN.
