3/4 c. fresh basil
3-4 cloves garlic, peeled
3 T. pine nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
5 T. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
4 tsp. fresh Romano cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Stir in cheeses. Let marinate 2+ hours. Add to hot, cooked linguini or other pasta, or serve with pita squares and crackers.
