1 cup fresh basil
2 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
1 cup olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients and blend in a food processor. Slowly add the oil and cream while blending. Pour over your favorite pasta. A very tasty pesto sauce.
