Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, go light
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat and stir in flour with a wire whisk. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Add half and half and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. While thickening, taste and add more Parmesan or garlic as desired. This recipe makes enough for 1/2 lb. pasta. We love it with bowtie pasta.

Personal Notes:
This is a recipe that we made up as we went. The increments are guesses so I gave you the starting amounts and you can season according to desire. For best results, grate your own Parmesan cheese.
