Directions:
In large bowl combine 1 1/4 cups flour, sugar, yeast, and salts; add water and oil. Beat with a mixer on low for 30 seconds and then on high for 3 minutes.

Stir in as much flour as you can, then turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6-8 minutes).

Divide in half and cover and let raise 10 minutes.

Grease two 12-inch pizza pans or baking sheets. On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough ball into a 13-inch circle. Transfer to pans. Build up edges slightly and poke middle with fork. Do not let rise. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or till brown.

Spread sauce onto hot crust and add toppings. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
