Wheel of brie

Pecans or Almonds

Dried cherries and cranberries

1 sheet puff pastry

Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut brie in 1/2

Toast pecans or almonds

Place cherries and cranberries in a custard cup and cover with red wine. Microwave for 30 seconds and then let sit for 1 hour.

Place on top of cheese and cover with remaining cheese.

Roll out puff pastry

Smooth on top of cheese and fold under the bottom of the cheese

Place on baking sheet and brush with egg

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown
