3/4 c. rice
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream
maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rice in water with a little salt until done. Drain and put into bowl. Add pineapple and cherries. Mix well and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Whip cream stiff and fold into mixture. Add sugar if desired.
