2 eggs beaten
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 can (14 1/2 oz) hunt diced tomatoes with sweet onions drained
1 lb ground beef
1 8oz can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs and tomatoes. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place into a greased 11x7x1 1/2 in baking pan.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
In a small bowl, blend tomatoe sauce and brown sugar. Pour over loaf. Reduce temperature to 350. Bake additional 25 to 30 minutes or till no longer pink. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
