1 16oz package pound cake mix
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine softened
2 eggs
1 16oz package semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats, brown sugar, 1/3 cup margarine and eggs. Reserve. Heat chocolate chips, milk, and two tablespoons margarine till smooth. spread 2/3 of cake mix into and ungreased 9x13 pan. Spread Chocolate mixture over cake mix. Drop remaining cake mix over chocolate by spoonfuls. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
