2 oz good tequila
1 oz triple sec
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
Sugar (or simple syrup) to taste

Salt mixture

1 part kosher salt
1 part sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slit wedge of lime and use the juice to coat the rim of a lowball
glass. Place rim into salt mixture to cover. Pour margarita over
ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
IMPORTANT: Fresh lime juice is essential.
