3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine (optional)
2 c. Peppering Farm Herb stuffing
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in lightly greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Top each piece with slice of Swiss cheese. Lay mushrooms over cheese. Mix can of soup with wine and pour over chicken. Spread stuffing mix over top and drizzle with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350
