1/3 C. light cream

1 3oz. package cream cheese

1/2 C. chocolate chips

3 egg yolks

3 egg whites

1/4 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, blend cream and cream cheese over very low heat. Add chocolate, cook and stir until melted. Cool.

Beat yolks with a dash of salt until thick and lemon colored about 5 minutes.

Slowly blend into cooled chocolate.

Beat whites to soft peaks. Fold small amount of whites into chocolate mixture. Fold chocolate, half at a time into whites.

Pour into an ungreased 1 quart souffle dish. Bake at 300 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

Serve immediately.
