6 lb. roast
2 c. Chianti
dash of salt and pepper
1 tsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate roast in seasonings for 12 hours in cooking bag. Bake at 250 for 2 hours in bag. Open bag and turn roast. Continue baking at 350 for 2 1/2-3 hours. Add more wine if needed.

Freeze roast whole after cooking.

To serve, thaw slightly and slice thin. Stir-fry to heat.
