1 loaf thin sliced white bread

1/2 lb. soft butter

4T. chopped chives

1tsp. basil

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread and flatten with your hand. Combine herbs and butter. Spread on bread. Start at corner, roll up each slice and anchor with a toothpick. Bake on a cookie sheet 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be frozen and then baked.
