1 large head Napa Cabbage
6 green onion tops (I use all of the onion)
2 Pkgs. ramen noodles
1 stick butter
1/2 C sesame seeds
1/2 C almonds

1 C oil
1 C sugar
1/2 C cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Chop Napa cabbage and green onion tops and let stand over night or day, covered in refrigerator..

Sauté Ramen noodles, sesame seeds, almonds and butter until brown. Drain on towels until cool.

Mix dressing and store in jar. Heat and mix over cabbage and noodle mixture just before serving.
