2 lb. boneless beef for stew, cut into 1" cubes
10 oz. mushrooms, halved
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. beef broth
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup*
1 pkg. egg noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat, mushrooms, onions, & garlic in slow cooker. Add broth, paprika, & salt. Cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high for 5 hours.

Mix sour cream, flour, mustard, & soup. Add to meat mixture; stir until well blended. Cook on low for 15 minutes.

I absolutely love to use my slow cooker! The best part is coming home from work & having dinner ready. This recipe is a good variation on an old classic.
*cream of mushroom soup was not in original recipe. After trying it with and without, I prefer to add the soup.
