3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
Creole Seasoning
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/ 4 c. bell pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and bell pepper in butter until tender.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp and heat until bubbly.
Serve over rice or pasta.
