1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini-marshmallows

Melt buttescotch chips and butter over low heat;
cool to lukewarm. Add flour, salt, vanilla, brown sugar, egg and baking powder. Blend well. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows; fold in until just mixed. Spread in greased 9 inch square pan and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Center will be jiggly.
