3 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpse flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. veg. oil
2 tsp. sour cream
(vanilla and cinnamon optional)
Maple syrup for serving

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl beat the eggs until frothy.
2. Add milk and flour. Beat.
3. Add other ingredients and beat until blended and smooth.
3. Pour onto warm griddle (375 degrees) and cook until bubbles appear.
4. Flip pancakes and cook until bottoms brown (1-2 minutes more.

Serve with maple syrup.
