BOTTOM LAYER

2 small boxes orange gelatin
3 1/2 C hot water
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
(reserve juice)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
(reserve juice)
Miniature marshmallows

MIDDLE LAYER
2 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 C reserved pineapple juice (add water to equal
1 cup.)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch (dissolve in 2 Tbs. water)

TOP LAYER
1 large cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepare according to package
directions.
Finely grated cheddar cheese

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and pour over drained pineapple in an 8 x 8 serving dish. Spread evenly.
Cover this layer with marshmallows and chill until firm.

MIDDLE LAYER.

Combine sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and juice/water mixture.
Cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Cool. Spread over marshmallow mixture.

TOP LAYER

Mix together cream cheese and Dream Whip and spread over cooked mixture.
Top with finely grated cheddar cheese. Chill
