1 qt. jar stewed tomatoes
1/4 t. sweet basil
1/4 t. Italian seasoning
1/4 t. tarragon

1/2t. soda
1/2- 1 cube butter
salt & pepper to taste
1 can evaporated milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first four ingredients to a boil & mash with a potato masher to break tomatoes.

Remove from heat & add: soda & stir.
Add butter & milk.

Serve over rice or with homemade garlic croûtons.
