1 1/4 cups shortening
2 eggs
1/8 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups quick cooking oats
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 ts vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins

Mix everything together well. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
