Layer in a bowl:
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 head cauliflower broken into florets only
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 C mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
Hellmanns preferred
1 C Parmesan cheese
1/4 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, place ingredients in layers as given. Cover bowl so that it is air tight.

Store in refrigerator over night or for several hours. Toss just before serving.
