6 T. butter
6 T. lemon juice
1 T. packed grated lemon peel
1 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add lemon juice and peel and simmer 5 minutes. Whisk in cream and 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese. Bring to simmer. Remove from heat.
Add cooked pasta and parsley to sauce. Toss over medium heat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
