1 bag boneless, skinless cooked and shredded chicken breast or 2 10oz canned chicken breast - drained
1 1/2 C diced celery
1 onion - chopped
1 1/2 C shredded cheese
1/2 tsp pepper and salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs - beaten
4 C soft bread crumbs
4 C chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredient together set aside enough bread crumbs for topping. Bake at 350 in 9x13 inch baking dish for 45 minutes. 10 minutes before casserole is done top with extra bread crumbs and shredded cheese and place back in oven.

Alternate option
Instead of using salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Use 2 1/2 boxe chicken stove top stuffing. Save some for crumb topping about 1/2 box.
