1/2 C margarine
1/2 C crisco
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 C sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C flour

Glaze:
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 sugar

Fruit: pineapple, bananas, mandarin oranges, strawberries, mixed berries, or any other kind of fruit.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, crisco, sugars, and add egg. Mix in salt, soda, vanilla, and flour. Press dough out into greased cookie pan and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Let crust cool. Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar until creamy. Spread over crust and top with fresh fruit.
