2 lb ground beef - browned
1 can mexican chili beans
1 can chili
1 can rotel - hot or mild
1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into crock pot and simmer for several hours on low. Right before serving add 1/2 a box of Velvetta. Serve over corn chips. Garnish with sour cream, olives, onions, and shredded cheese.
