1 C flour
1/2 C walnuts
1/2 C margarine
1/4 C brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 pkg frozen strawberries
2 C whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, margarine, brown sugar, and nuts until almost like a pie crust. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 250. Stir 2-3 times during baking. Put 2/3 of cup of baked crunchy mixture in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Beat on high for 20 minutes egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Add strawberries and fold in whipped cream. Pour in 9x13 inch pan and top with remaining crunch mixture. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
