Juice of 1-1/2 lemons
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 lb. boiled shrimp, deveined and chopped
10 green onions, minced
Louisiana Hot Sauce or Tabasco
Mayo
salt
Worchestershire sauce
garlic salt
black pepper
white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese w/lemon juice. Add shrimp and green onions and enough mayo to give it the consistency for spreading or dipping. Begin adding from the list of seasonings slowly until flavored the way you like. Best if refrigerated overnight before serving.

Canned shrimp is OK but much better if you use fresh. Get the grocery store to steam it for you. Serve with crackers or bagel chips. You can substitute 2 cups of crab meat for the shrimp and call it Crab Dip.
