1 6oz box long grain wild rice
2 C water
2 C frozen peas
2 C celery - chopped
1/3 C green pepper - chopped
5 green onions - chopped
1/2 C creamy cucumber salad dressing
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice with 2 cups water, as directed on box. Should be tender but dry. Remove from heat and immediately stir in frozen peas. Let stand to cool and chill in fridge. Add celery, peppers, onion, and dressin. Mix well. Add cheese and stir only enough to mix.
